HeartAide FAQs
What is HeartAide?
HeartAide is a liquid heart-health supplement from Simple Promise. Four droppers a day give you 310 mg of inositol, 200 mg of red yeast rice, 100 mg of CoQ10, 100 mg of mango powder and 13 mg of pomegranate extract in a sugar-free, orange-cream-flavored liquid. It is made to support healthy cholesterol and blood pressure levels already in the normal range.*
What are the HeartAide ingredients?
Per 4 mL serving (about 4 full droppers): inositol 310 mg, red yeast rice (Monascus purpureus) 200 mg, coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone) 100 mg, mango powder (Mangifera indica, fruit) 100 mg and pomegranate extract (Punica granatum, fruit) 13 mg. Other ingredients: glycerin, distilled purified water, silicon dioxide, orange flavor, potassium sorbate, tangerine flavor, xanthan gum, citric acid and stevia.
How do I take HeartAide?
Shake the bottle, then take four full droppers once a day, ideally in the morning. You can stir them into a glass of water or place them directly on your tongue. After opening, keep the bottle in the refrigerator and use it within 30 days.
How long does one bottle last?
One 4 fl oz (120 mL) bottle holds 30 servings, so it lasts one month at four droppers a day.
What does HeartAide taste like?
It has a light orange-cream flavor, sweetened with stevia. Taste is one of the things Amazon customers mention most often, and most of those comments are positive.
How much does HeartAide cost?
On the official Simple Promise store, one bottle is $49, three bottles are $117 ($39 a bottle) and six bottles are $198 ($33 a bottle). That works out to about $1.10 to $1.63 a day. The regular price is listed at $89 a bottle. Prices can change, so check the order page for today’s price.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every HeartAide order is covered by Simple Promise’s 365-day money-back guarantee, so you have a full year to decide if it is right for you.
Why does HeartAide combine red yeast rice and CoQ10?
Red yeast rice is a traditional fermented rice used to support healthy cholesterol, and it naturally contains monacolin K, the same compound as the medicine lovastatin. Statin-type compounds can lower the body’s own CoQ10, so many heart formulas pair the two. HeartAide includes a full 100 mg of CoQ10 alongside its red yeast rice.*
Can I take HeartAide with a statin?
Do not combine them on your own. Red yeast rice can work like a statin, so taking it with a statin or other cholesterol medicine is something to clear with your doctor first.
Are there HeartAide side effects?
Most people do well with gentle liquid formulas like this one. Because red yeast rice can act like a mild statin, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) advises talking with your doctor first, especially if you take cholesterol medicine, have liver or kidney concerns, or notice unusual muscle aches. CoQ10 may also interact with warfarin.
Who should not take HeartAide?
It is not for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Anyone taking a statin or other cholesterol medicine, blood thinners such as warfarin, or medicine for blood pressure or diabetes, and anyone with liver or kidney disease, should ask a doctor before starting.
Is HeartAide sugar-free and vegan?
Yes. The label shows 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrates and 0 g of sugar per serving, and Simple Promise describes HeartAide as sugar-free, vegan-friendly and made in a GMP-certified facility.
How is HeartAide different from CardioClear7?
Both come from Simple Promise and both include 100 mg of CoQ10. CardioClear7 is a one-capsule formula that adds shilajit and PQQ for cellular energy. HeartAide is a liquid that adds red yeast rice and inositol for cholesterol and blood pressure support. Taking both would double your CoQ10, so ask your pharmacist before combining them.
Is HeartAide sold on Amazon?
Yes, Simple Promise also lists HeartAide on Amazon. The official website is the place for the 3- and 6-bottle package prices, free U.S. shipping and the 365-day guarantee directly from the maker.
How long does it take for HeartAide to work?
Supplements like this work gradually. Give it at least two to three months of daily use, then compare your next cholesterol and blood pressure readings with your doctor.*
Is HeartAide a drop or a pill?
It is a liquid in a dropper bottle. Many adults over 50 find drops easier than swallowing another capsule.
