How We Review Supplements

Every review on Wellness Press Now follows the same six steps, so you can compare products fairly.

1. Read the real Supplement Facts label

We copy every active ingredient and dose from the manufacturer's current label or official product images. When the label has changed over time, we say so. If a sales page and a label disagree, we report the label.

2. Check the official price, shipping and refund terms

We record the price of each package on the official order page, whether shipping is free, which bonuses are included and how long the money-back guarantee lasts. We note the date we checked, because these change often.

3. Compare each ingredient with published research

For each ingredient we look at the dose used in human studies, the size and quality of those studies and what independent sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) say. We label the evidence as good, moderate, limited or very limited.

4. Review safety and medicine interactions

We list known side effects and interactions, for example with blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medicine, and who should not take the product without a doctor's approval.

5. Check the claims and complaints

We compare the sales claims with the evidence, read the seller's disclaimer and look at the common complaints for this type of offer, such as upsells, subscription terms and lookalike websites.

6. Score the product

Our score (out of 5) is an editorial judgment based on four parts:

What our score is not. It is not a customer rating, and it is not a promise that a product will work for you. We do not publish star ratings from Reddit, Amazon or social media unless we can link to the real source.

Updates

We re-check prices and labels regularly. When something changes, we update the page and the “Updated” date.
